I was disappointed that the temperature sensors were not accurate. I know how to use probes (I've used similar thermometers for many years) so I know I don't know him. I have found that the temperature is very inaccurate and I cannot trust it to give a reliable result. The functions are also difficult to navigate and the instructions are not very good. I returned this Revain thermometer and bought another brand with fewer bells and whistles that is accurate and easy to use.
