Review on Copper Chef Non-Stick Cookware Set: 12-Piece Caseserole Pots, Pans, and Accessories by Dawn Ridley

I really liked my large copper pot which I ordered directly from Copper Chef's website. I saw this and thought it would be a great deal so I brought it with me. I love this set but it's missing the legs for the steam insert and I keep jumping around trying to get the legs for it; They ask for a model number, but there is no such number in the documentation or on the box. It also cooks beautifully, meaning the food just slides out, but I found it slowly reaching the desired heat as the egg rolls fried. Also, the pots scratch the outside easily and I don't know why or how, and the pot burns easily at the bottom and is difficult to remove.
