You changed wallets.

I bought one of these wallets about 4 years ago. I really liked this wallet. It was a thicker, full-grain leather that had developed a beautiful patina, like a worn leather glove. It has withstood constant use and has remained beautiful. Unfortunately I lost it. I liked this original wallet so much that I spent several hours every day for a week looking for it. As a result, I had to order a new one. I ordered a new one and received one of the thinnest and thinnest wallets I have ever seen. I thought it might be my fault - maybe I ordered a different one. I went back to my purchase history and this time bought directly from my history. What I got was only slightly better. The leather is on a whole different level, lower quality than my original purchase. It's still thinner and the finish is nowhere near as good as the original. I believe this is actually a top grain and not whole grain like the original and advertised. The outer layer has an odd veneer instead of the natural smoothness of natural whole grain. I used to be able to wash and condition my old wallet to give it an even nicer patina. This new wallet is almost like faux leather. In short, my advice is to go ahead and find another seller. This company has made big cuts.
