These bags are as advertised. When folded, each is two inches wide and three inches wide from the top of the zipper to the bottom. Checking the plastic with a micrometer shows that the thickness is exactly 2 mils. In addition, the package with envelopes is packed in a large zip bag for easy storage. Use these little bags to stay sane. Use them to store small parts or fasteners. I used one to store a NIST certified 100 gram weight that I don't want to be bouncing around in my toolbox drawer.
