Review on Hotel Sheets Direct Bamboo Viscose by Gary Bush

I just bought brand new bedding because I'm tired of waking up from hot flashes. I already had very good quality bedding, but it was cotton. I'll be 36 soon and have had hot flashes since I was 27 after a total hysterectomy so I wanted to find a solution and started researching. I have found that 100% bamboo viscose and 100% mulberry silk bedding can solve this problem. I purchased the Bedsure bamboo duvet cover along with the mulberry silk duvet/quilt (summer weight) and my chosen 100% bamboo bed sheet and I'm happy to say it worked like a dream. I kept reading reviews saying people are cool but warm at the same time and I had my doubts until I tried everything myself. I'm impressed with the breathability of the fabrics and they really help regulate temperature as claimed. Bamboo material feels cool when you go to bed as your body allows heat to escape instead of being trapped in the bedding, allowing excess heat and moisture to escape. I definitely don't know how it works scientifically, but it works as advertised. I had 1 hot flash last night in my dream which woke me up for a moment, usually with good cotton sheets I would get wet and to my surprise the dampness and warmth would disappear. The bed and I were dry and cool in the morning when I next woke up at 10am. Best of all, I didn't wake up to the exhausted heat-flash-wet-freeze-cold cycle that's been the norm for far too long. I chose the bamboo duvet cover filled with Mulberry Silk because both fibers are breathable and I wanted to protect the silk without sacrificing the benefits. Bamboo sheet, duvet cover and Mulberry Slik are the perfect combination.
