Not exactly the same product as pictured
The item shown is for the 34-inch USB-C model. USB-B was received instead. I think the problem comes from a third party somehow. If you check the model number with the manufacturer, you'll find that this model only has two USB-A ports, one USB-B, two HDMI ports, a display port, and a headphone jack on the back. -> USB-C adapter should work.
