Review on 🧹 Hoover BH57005 Lightweight Cordless Cleaner by Nathan Theriault

Ordered four. The block is a bit heavy. The suction power is strong. The perfect place to store grouting tools. Appears to be well built. The battery charge takes about 15-20 minutes. The battery has a button to display the state of charge. The mud cup keeps dirt on the inner tip and is difficult to clean. There is an odd delay in the switch when it turns on. No big deal, just weird. Now two years later. Three out of four go strong. The fourth stopped working. No battery problem. Contacted Hoover Support. Received response from them about unsuitable product (canister vacuum cleaner). Two years later, three out of four are working. Disappointed. UPDATE 12/2021 below: Contacted Hoover customer service through their website. Told them about the problem. Replaced the defective device, no problems. I had to cut the 120v cable from the charger and send them a picture of it without sending the faulty unit back and they sent me a completely new replacement. What more could I really ask for?
