2 stars because I haven't tried a hat, mug or plate press yet. There are no instructions on how long something should be heated or what temperature for which items. I did several tests - on the sixth try I found that everything was correct. Ah no. It was actually peeling off most of the image in various places. This machine is unreliable in terms of results. So if I don't want my business to lose more than I can make, it's not for me. The machine is stable and looks good, but it completely lacks power. Maybe it would help if the instructions were included. According to the item description, the fabric or lining was not included. This is my second try - (different brand) are all the same - lousy problem
