I have a short beard. I thought it was great when I first used it, but after using it a few times the blade started pulling at my facial hair leaving a bald patch. Thought maybe I should reload and oil (both items included). When I started using this product again, the same thing happened. I'm trying to return this for a full refund. I am so disappointed. If it works for you, great. In my opinion, I will continue to use the services of my hairdresser. I missed the return date. Lesson learned. If this looks too easy and too good to be true, RUN, RUN, FOREST!
