I think it fits perfectly. The pads are not sewn in, the bottoms have a double lining. The fabric doesn't feel cheap. I got it to hide my tummy. it is doing its job. Haven't gotten wet in it yet, so don't know how it'll hold up, but feels like it'll be just fine.
