I bought the amp a few months ago and it suits my needs perfectly. However, I ran into an issue after a few months and I can attest that the company will always stand by their products and their customers. It's not a cheap device so if your purchasing decision is being held back then it's really worth it - I'd say not only is this a great product, grab it and enjoy the device and you're covered. It's rare for companies to have great customer support these days, and thanks to the company (and Teresa too!) for solving my problem brilliantly!
