I received a replacement product. The replacement looks the same, but the specs of the machine I received are lower than what I bought. On the other hand, I had no trouble setting it up and running it. The included WIFI/Bluetooth dongle connected immediately with no issues and all USB ports work. I was concerned because I read in other reviews that some people had problems with USB ports. DisplayPort is very sensitive and will blur if you touch or bump the cable. At first I thought it might be a cable, so I tested the cable on another computer. It's definitely a port. I wasn't too concerned because I switched to a USB monitor after setup. I didn't have a VGA monitor to try the VGA port, so I can't say if it works. I don't intend to use it. After setting everything up, I noticed that the hard drive seemed small. After further checking, I discovered that the device I received had a 480GB ADATA SU630 SSD. That's when I noticed that the car was a replacement for the one I had ordered. I bought a machine advertised with 512 SSD. My receipt also says I bought an SSD 512. If you do decide to buy one, I recommend MAKE SURE you got what you ordered BEFORE spending hours setting it up. The disappointment was that I chose this seller over the Revain recommended one and paid a little more because they had a higher rating. Lesson learned! If I had known they were going to replace an inferior machine without warning me first, I would have canceled the order and used the Revain recommended machine. I can probably exchange it for the one I ordered, but at the moment I've spent too much time setting it up, updating windows and installing software to return it. On the plus side it seems to work well and shipping was very quick.
