I am absolutely thrilled with my new crossbody! It perfectly fits my phone (outer pocket), DL, bank card, credit cards etc. (they are the perfect inner size). Pockets for the previously listed cards) I can fit my small wallet diary, some pens, or you could put a small (not too small) notepad, pen or marker inside. It's very versatile. I bought a sloth bag, very cute, no "younger age" demographics. The bag came very quickly and was carefully packed. (sorry I didn't take a picture 😕) It's very well done. The seams are good and stable. She came with 2 straps. I use the longer of the 2 straps as a shoulder strap, it seems to be able to be used 3 different ways. It's super cool because you can wear it 3 different ways! I just fell in love with the chala bags ❤️ 🛍️💜 I'm already thinking about what I want for my next one! I've had the shoulder bag for about 2 weeks now.
