I just received the case and I can already say it's a winner. I had a TUCCH case for the Galaxy S10e and a similar case for the Galaxy S9+. It's small and doesn't add much bulk. The phone holder is made of flexible TPU, so it can be easily removed and inserted when needed. (Unlike Samsung's new cases, which have a stranglehold on the phone.) The side buttons are soft and easy to activate. The only two (minor) downsides I've noticed are: a slightly off-putting fresh air smell from the box (which will hopefully go away with time) and the front cover makes a "squeaky" sneaker noise when you touch it and slide over the phone.
