Review on AGPtEK Noise Cancelling Corded Headset: Crystal Clear Hands-Free Call Center Solution with 4-Pin RJ9 Compatibility by Donna Harvey

I am a registered nurse in a busy private practice and I use this headset all day so I can make and receive calls and talk on the phone while still typing with both hands. my sorting notes and computer work. The sound quality is excellent and the headset is comfortable to wear. The cord just plugs into the back of my desk phone and I use the headset button to pick up the handset and the goodbye button to hang up so I never touch the phone. This headset has made my job so much more comfortable as I have never been able to type with two hands while holding my phone on my shoulder without severe neck and shoulder pain and eye strain from constantly staring at a computer screen from the side!
