I have been using this cable to connect my TV to a small soundbar but I have found that when the TV is off I get a slight hiss and a slight click in fast pace (2 or 3 per second). I figured it might be a TV or a speaker, or because the cable runs next to another cable, but after a few tries, I found that it was actually coming from the cable itself. Using another old cable I fixed it but now I need to find another right angle cable. Very disappointing. You won't hear anything if the audio goes through because it's too weak, but if the TV is off and the speaker is on, you will.
