These are dust filters so don't expect colder temperatures, they do the job right and their thickness is good enough not to affect the fans too much. During the games, the temperature sometimes rose above 5 or 10 °C. There are some airflow limitations though, so just keep your PC in a fairly cold environment and the effects of the filters won't be too noticeable. Even if it's not cold, the fans should be sufficient for most tasks.
