My green cheeked kennel likes to use it to eat seeds! It's his treat basket! I put puzzles and bricks in it for him to play with and he loves it! Makes a mess but loves it! It's the perfect size to stand on and surprisingly strong enough not to be intimidated by swaying (just place it near the sides and corners of the cage). The chain is a bit short, but that didn't cause any problems for me or my wife. If this becomes really a problem, you can just tie a rope or string to make it longer. The little toys on it are also detachable, so if the bird doesn't like it you can use them as leg toys! I took some off because I didn't want to startle him. Amazing toy and cage storage!
