This belt is a HUGE pain and a real production to get on and off. It's stiff and you have to weave it in and out of the small metal circles to put it on, and to remove it, every single time. You'll see if you get it lol. It's virtually unwearable due to this, unless you never have to pee. Also does not work to help hold your pants up.
