The answer to my prayers. Dog is clean and soap free. : )

Everything you need is included (except possibly plumbers tape for your connection to shower pipe). Easy setup. For washing the dog, two features are necessary: a long hose and a nozzle-operated pressure/on/off switch to control the flow of water with one hand. This has both. From everything I can see so far, it is made quite well. The nozzle is not metal--probably designed to be light-weight for easy handling. I purchased a $6 stick-on bracket as I didn't wish to drill through my shower tile to mount the one included. I'm impressed with the neatness and care that went into the packaging of this product. Installed, it looks unobtrusive and neat in the shower stall, AND my dog actually seemed to enjoy his bath! That says it all.
