The device is cheap but may not work.
I ordered two meters in case I lose one. A meter is normally calibrated by following the instructions that come with the meter and using the calibration packs that come with it. The second meter is not calibrated. The pH was recorded, but it drifted widely (between 3.0 and 9.0) and never stabilized. The instructions state that the sensor can dry and remain in the solution for several hours to fix it. I did so and tried calling a second time. Still didn't work so I sent it back.
