Some reviews complain that the soap slides off and that these sponges are small. But those two things are actually great features to have when you're out and about. I take a tiny 1/2 ounce bottle of dish soap and one of these sponges to work every day so I can wash lunch and breakfast containers and dishes at work. So I had one less thing to do when I finally returned home after a hard road. The traditional sponge gets gross because it stays wet and soapy after you stop using it. But these sponges are easy to clean and de-soap once you're done with them, and they dry quickly too! So you can let it dry and after a few minutes it's dry - you can just toss it back in your bag. I still prefer to use traditional sponges at home because they clean better, but when camping or commuting they couldn't be better.
