Extremely adjustable just uncomfortable - Fitted and comfortable
At first I thought they were too big and didn't have room to adjust. After some trial and error, I found that the strap around the back foot could be shortened and adjusted by pulling it from the side and up. The strap that allows you to secure the top of the foot is the same strap that adjusts behind the heel. Don't hesitate to customize this shoe. You can pull it up and have the perfect fit. It's just a very cumbersome setup process.
