Нет стабильного соединения

Купил два out of them. One works fine - the other disconnects from the system when there is dynamic movement on the screen - like a video or scrolling on a website. Tried changing the VGA cable and plugging in a different monitor - same problem. Unfortunately, this only happened after the return period had expired. I hate it but I need to buy another one.
