The description doesn't mention it MUST be screwed on

They either have to tell you it needs to be screwed on or design legs that allow you to use it without screws. Has never been used. Without locking, the item will fall, which may result in fire or personal injury. I returned this item as it needed screwing. Originally the seller wanted a photo which is why I wanted to return. I had to go through Amazon to get a return authorization. Don't fall for "this is the premiere" to make you think you can get it back like I did.
