Review on Olive Military Belt - MADE with Cotton by Jacob Brooks

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Stays in place - no slipping

Tired of old belts with holes that never match my comfort level. I've tried other fabric straps but they all stretched and I had to keep readjusting. This belt takes me back to when I was in the Navy and the cotton belts we used to wear. As mentioned, the belt gauge is a bit thin (2mm). While a slightly thicker strap would improve comfort, I imagine the cost would increase as well! The buckle has small teeth that grab the fabric as you tighten the belt, so much so that it's almost impossible to over-tighten. release! I don't think the old army belts had this feature! Only time will tell if the fabric and buckle will hold up to everyday use. lot of money. Hmm, what a revolutionary idea!

Pros
  • Works perfectly
Cons
  • The buckle cannot be adjusted unless pryed open. Never had a problem like this with these straps. Not worth buying.
