Well I'm in the military and yes we do a lot of physical education classes every day. Running is painful for me because I have a split shin, I went to the doctor and she said there was nothing she could do for me, she just recommended new running shoes. I picked up my ACFT a few days ago and these shoes did the trick. Was able to finish with a good result and surprisingly no pain. I would recommend it, especially for 1-10 mile per week rides on cement or pavement.
