Definitely needed. with LED lamps
I ordered 2 and noticed small patches of white paint and the stripped portion of the wiring was rolled up as if it had been previously connected to the first. On the second the same, plus the holes where the screws go are cleaned, meaning they were installed earlier.
- The perimeter lighting scheme of each room provides a full lighting effect from corner to corner for complete room coverage.
