I would give it 3 stars out of 10 or 1 1/2. The specifications listed are incorrect and misleading. It says the clasp is adjustable but that is not true as the clasp is fixed and cannot rotate. A section is visible so that the light from the bulbs can be seen. The only adjustment to tilt the shade down to eliminate the lights' visibility is to manually bend the bracket that secures the unit to the back of the picture frame. It is also said that their adjustment is by ball and socket. Its design only allowed me to tilt it left or right, not up and down. The mounting bracket is the flat piece of tubing that protrudes above the light. I bent it with pliers and relatively little force. Because it's a very soft, malleable metal, don't bend it too often or it will break off. The final downside is that the built-in switch is very close to the plug that fits into the outlet. For simplicity I left it on and connected it to a multiport network filter by toggling it on/off. A few years ago I bought some better units from Home Depot for about the same amount. Unfortunately, they no longer carry them or the company has gone out of business. I couldn't find them online either.
