With my employer keeping a close eye on my computer's downtime and/or bans, I have found myself tied to my desk for 7.5 hours a day. This little gem gave me FREEDOM to get up, walk around, or change my underwear. It made working from home even better! As someone else said, it's about getting rid of the digital leash.
