Falls apart when handled
Base "snaps" onto hopper but is not very secure. If you're not careful, the top and bottom will just rip apart and all your food will be on the floor by now. If it stays together, it works fine. The box is also inconvenient to use. The plastic is brittle and deformed so it cannot go in and out easily, which usually causes the bottom to detach from the container during the process. I use it because it's the only one I could find hanging in the cage.
