but it's great. Yes, it adds some warmth.

After trying all the ways to keep the water and phone going, I finally found one that didn't require any adjustment. I've tried a folding belt, two hydration belts, hand flasks, armbands and leg pouches. I thought the vest was overkill, but it was great. Yes, it adds a little warmth on an already hot day, but it doesn't bounce around and holds plenty of icy water. I don't even notice the added weight of the water. The front pockets are the best. I have a Galaxy 8 (in my pocket) in a front pocket. It sticks out a little but is very reliable. The other bag holds my inhaler, pepper spray, energy beans, paper towels, keys, etc. My longest run in it is 14 miles, but I will be using it for my marathon in a week. Now I added a modification. The rubber tubing was rubbing against my neck so I sewed on three additional ribbons to tie the tubing.
