DO NOT BUY A RENEWAL FROM THIS SELLER! I had a Note 9 and when I got it I put my SIM card in it and it was stained. I thought it was because the SIM card was for a 4G phone. Went to the Verizon store and bought a new SIM card, after which the phone did not recognize the SIM card at all and no network functions worked. Since I had just moved and didn't know how to get home, I had to go to the store, order wifi, order an Uber, explain my situation to the driver and follow him home in my car. In addition, the charging port keeps flickering between working and non-working while charging. The vibration doesn't work and the phone rattles when shaken.
