I like that it is easy for us as staff members at our hotel (The Westin Toronto Airport) because we can make changes directly from within prefMe without having direct communication with each guest's phone number or email address! It has been very helpful in streamlining processes when adding new rooms/guests into existing reservations systems which are not always 100% accurate due to human error etc.. We have had issues where some of my employees would accidentally add an extra room instead so this feature really comes handy here since they cannot do anything about those mistakes if someone else adds them later down their list!!
