This product was not what I was hoping for after reading the reviews. Everyone looked really happy. As a hairstylist I've tried a TON of different conditions. They were on my list of favorites to rent. They looked too shiny and fake. I don't mind that they are shiny but they look like barbie hair. I have tried washing, toning and coloring them and they are still "shiny wigs" - they are not thick or full. Ducks are very thin. Parentheses are terrible. Literally dumb, difficult to snap in and stay closed. Overall I feel disappointed and unhappy. Wouldn't recommend it to any friend or client.
