We've had several campers in our lives and have always hated the RV shower head compared to the home shower head. The ones we've tried with check valves won't shut off or are so difficult to operate because they're only used 1 weekend a month. It's a bomb, the button doesn't stick, easy to use and no dripping! The spray head is similar in quality and spray pattern, which seems to make camp's low groundwater pressure higher with a better pattern than the $3 OEM shower heads that come with the RV. We have actually bought several of these in the past to give to our backpacking friends as Christmas gifts. Will buy again and we have one in each of our 5 bikes and in our truck trailer.
