The hair color was exactly as pictured and the ombre color combo was really good too. However, the hair is very light and fluffy. I found it tends to stick together and get a little tangled at the ends. If the hair were heavier, it would hang down but tend to "fluff". You need 2 packs for the whole head. Looks very realistic, just like your own hair. I think if I order it again it will be shorter and I will try this kind. However, if you just lightly apply a little gel to your hair, it will prevent it from "puffing up". Just apply the gel to the ends and it will look great. I got so many compliments on it!
