Review on 🚗 Enhanced EVO-CHRT5 Remote Start Car Starter System: Stand-Alone Addition for Chrysler Dodge Jeep Triangle Metal Key Vehicles by Juan Wilson

The remote starter was delivered very quickly. It came with no instructions so you'll need to go to Youtube or the Fortin website for more information. I installed it very quickly on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler but in the very last step when you need to program the buttons it didn't flash or read the buttons to complete the programming. So I followed the troubleshooting guide from the Fortin website, but when I unplugged and plugged everything back in, the very fragile male electrical contacts became bent and due to the very small size I couldn't realign them. I think like some others after reading the reviews that it has NOT been updated with the latest firmware. I'm just chalking it up as a learning experience and will probably ask the dealer to install a factory version on my jeep. I wanted it to work, but I didn't expect that others would have better luck. If you are NOT good with tools or good with circuits I would stay away from this unit. This is NOT plug and play as advertised.
