The product looks and feels solid but isn't. If you use this for example a vacuum cleaner extension cord or whatever, this product is not for you. Even a slight twist seems to have damaged the wires inside. You have to wiggle it/put it in the right place for the cable to work. If you're using this extension cord for a TV that rarely moves, you'll probably be fine. Rating based on approximately 2 years of home use (as a vacuum cleaner extension) in a small studio apartment.
