The best thing about this tool I can say it's easy integration with all other tools such as Hubspot or Marketo for example! It has almost everything we need in one place (you have a chat bot builder too!) There are some limitations when using multiple channels at once but if used properly they should not be an issue since there will always be someone who cares enough to look into solving them :) Definitely try out their demo first before jumping right away - makes sure no features are missing compared what you're expecting from those platforms! We manage our customers' conversations through different communication methods including email marketing campaigns so having these options available was very helpful because of time constraints within reaching clients!
