I found it mostly TTS. Also, I found that it stretches. That being said, I can imagine someone preferring a looser fit and going up a size. I think the TTS fit also means a snug fit as it is the most insulating fit. I have dysautonomia and need natural, breathable fabrics. Appreciate the big option too, as it's hard to find something big, but boy - it would be absolutely useless if it was too short. The only complaint is how "exquisite" or how easily it can get snagged/pulled etc. I've had silk knickers that were "hung" somewhere years ago and I haven't found stronger ones yet. I don't think silk needs to be thick to offer any insulation and it can still be very strong, but I'm disappointed that it turned out to be the 'sturdiest' I could find. I definitely feel like I have to babysit it. However, once the baby is born, it lasts quite well for a few months. Great base layer to add some natural warmth/insulation. I haven't used it in particularly active or cold conditions.
