Pretty good moisturizing powder (although no taste means no taste)
This package contains 30 servings and I was surprised at how small it is. But the math seems to work since the scoop is pretty small. The ingredients are pretty standard for a drinking beverage, except that it contains several types of tea extract. It dissolved well, although even after adding more water and stirring a few times it left a gritty residue. It tastes like soft dry tea. It's nice that there wasn't a strong salty taste. I really liked it and will continue to use it as a hydrating drink before, during or after my runs. But the taste will definitely turn someone off, and if sediment bothers you I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
