Bought to wear with a 1950's poodle skirt costume and accessories for my youngest daughter. I will also use it with skirts or under sweaters. It wrinkled a little after washing and we didn't dry it to avoid shrinkage. I sprayed the steam after it was hung to dry and the creases came out easily. A very cute and versatile top that pairs well with a suit and works well with both church outfits and your child's school uniform. Generally inexpensive and up to the task, so no complaints.
