Review on Lessons Learned Database by Jason Spainhour

This is an easy-to use system that allows you to easily collect your experiences with training courses without having any IT support. I have been able to create customised databases which are used in our organisation as reference points when we need it! It would be great if there was more detail about what each column means so people could understand how they were scored at first glance. For those of us who want something very simple but powerful this works perfectly well - not many bells & whistles required here (and no cost). We're using these database entries to track learning outcomes achieved across multiple internal corporate programs over time.
