They won't fool anyone who looks at them for 5 seconds and they certainly won't look any better than a nice looking aluminum rim. . However, I wanted to buy a second complete set of winter tires and not expensive special rims. These hubcaps fit my black steel wheels well and they look good for what they are. I think I got lucky when I inserted the guy wire/ring. As already mentioned, there are three ways to use the ring. I've had the rims for about two months now and haven't lost the cap yet. I don't know how long they will last or how good they will look, but so far they look great. They were well packaged and delivered in good condition.
