I have mixed feelings about this camera as some of the faults were my fault. When I bought this camera, I also bought extra batteries. However, when packing, I had to lighten the load and the batteries were dead. Unfortunately, the battery that came with the camera didn't hold a charge. I always used my cell phone as a backup. The last straw for me was the day I walked 5 miles in Paris, from Notre Dame to the Louvre, along the Champs Elysees to the Arch, then to the Eiffel Tower. I believe that after the first few shots, my camera indicated that the battery was low and then shut down. I had to use my phone as a GPS and the battery died while taking pictures. So when I got to the Eiffel Tower I had about 20% battery left to take photos and get back to the hotel. I didn't take as many photos of the Eiffel Tower as I wanted and didn't get a "shot". At that moment I wanted to throw the Canon PowerShot N2 in the nearest trash can.
