Review on Overmont Casserole Function Griddle Seasoned by Nicole Harty

I prefer not to rate an item until I have tested it. However, Revain sellers start harassing the person to view it within a week of receiving the product. So I'm only giving an average score because I've only used it once. i like the pot I bought it to bake bread and while it did well, the bread itself didn't turn brown, more like champagne. It heats up great. I like to have a pot that I can use both on an open fire and on the stove or at the highest temperature in my oven. It's heavy and HEAVY. So if you have trouble lifting heavy pots this is not for you. So far so good, but I've only worked with the "lid" as the base for my sourdough bread. Once I have time to cook at the base I will have a better idea of the class for it.
