I was thrilled to see one of those starry nights controlled by Alexa so I could make it a part of my nightly routine. Unless I've recently turned it off and then switched it back to Wi-Fi mode, or turned it on with the remote (in either case there's no target for voice control), Alexa tells me the device isn't responding and checks its network connection . Not sure if that's the reason for the 2 hour timer or something, but I turn my Echo off 45 minutes into my nightly routine, so you might think that would stop the internal timer. I ordered a replacement but this one seems to have the same problem. This is a great starry night projector if you don't want to use Alexa with it, but that was my intention in choosing this model. It looks like this device has a lot of potential, but it's not incredible. UPDATE: Support has been in touch trying to resolve the issues mentioned in my review. They seem to want to fix everything. Updated from 3 to 4 for customer service.
