I like how easy it is to use for both our IT department as well as end users/patients. The ability to integrate with other hospital systems such as Epic makes this system extremely useful. There are some features that could be improved but none of which we dislike enough to not recommend them. Make sure you have someone who knows about analytics in healthcare to work with your team to determine what would best fit your situation. We were able to track patient data from admission through discharge so there was no delay between visits or waiting for information to come back from labs or radiology. This allowed us to see trends without having to wait days after an event to get reports.
