The pans are heavier than I expected. Heavy enough not to deform when loaded into a hot oven, but not too heavy for my old lady's wrists to support the weight. Although they peel well I add a liner as it's easier than using parchment and a nice finish stays nice. Do not wash trays in the dishwasher. Lift them to drain the water (see the rounded edges below.
